Nude lips no more! It's usually enough to have either fully pigmented lips or super shiny lips, but sometimes a little extra drama is desired, in which case both are totally acceptable. Glamour magazine noticed a fiery red shine on Kim Kardashian's lips at the Theysken's Theory show, which looked stunning. Here's how to nail the look on yourself.

If you're going for a bright lip, it's always a good idea to keep everything else minimal. That means you should stay away from bright eye colors and super flushed cheeks. Kim kept her makeup relatively simple (for her) by wearing a bronze eyeshadow, black eyeliner, and tons of mascara.

Prep your lips by using a smoothing buffer, like Bioelements – Lip Buff. Then line the outside of your lips with a liner that matches the color that you'll be using to avoid any bleeding. Put on two coats of lipstick, blotting in between applications. Liptini – Straight Up Lipsticks has tons of eye-popping shades. To finish it off, choose a gloss with a slightly different color, so your lips have depth and dimension. A hint of sparkle is always flattering!
