First off, glasses are not nerdy. They're necessary and can be totally fashionable. But if you have glasses and feel like you look less-than-pretty while wearing them, there are a few tricks you can use to amp up the sexiness. Here are some tips, courtesy of The Beauty Department.
1. Glasses highlight your eyes, which means you want to frame them even more by defining your brows. Use Sothys – Eyebrow Enhancing Pencil to fill in any sparse areas.
2. Because glasses cast a shadow on your face, it's important to get rid of dark circles underneath your eyes. Use a non-creasing concealer with yellow or orange shades, which will cancel out brown and blue.
3. Sometimes glasses make your eyes appear a bit smaller, which means you should try opening them up a bit with a white or peach eyeliner pencil on your inner lower rim. Try Jane Iredale – Eye Pencil, which has plenty of conditioning oils. It'll make the whites of your eyes appear larger, giving you a more awake look.
