Begin by removing all polish. Massage with a cuticle cream and push back the cuticles with a soft cloth. Wash thoroughly with a gentle soap and warm water. Make sure nails are clean and dry. File if needed. Square off the tips. Wash and let dry again. Apply one layer of base coat. This will allow the polish to adhere to it and stay on longer. Let dry, apply one coat of nail polish in your shade of choice. Let dry completely and apply a second coat. Let this coat dry and apply a top coat. To maintain a neat manicure, it is best to wear rubber gloves when washing dishes or using household cleansers. Any other recommendation???
