Smokey eyes aren’t easy to pull off whenever you want. Sometimes, black liner and eyeshadow can look a bit too harsh, while brown tends to get a bit boring after a while. If you’re looking for a new way to complement your eye color that can be worn anytime, anywhere, a bronze and olive combination is the perfect choice.

Glamour magazine’s beauty blog spotted the look on AnnaLynne McCord at a Sundance Film Festival event, and it was truly stunning. Bronze eyeliner and olive shadow is a unique yet perfectly acceptable way to amp up your smokey eyes and accent their unique color.

Use a thick line of Cream to Powder Eye Liner and make sure it’s smudgy by dragging a cotton swab over it. Then, apply an olive shadow all over your lids and a bit past the creases. Top off the look with two coats of brown mascara, and you’ll be ready for anything!
