To top it all off, Electra wore dramatic eye makeup to complement her chic ensemble.
The celebrity chose to celebrate her birthday in Las Vegas with her close friends, and she wore a body-hugging black dress to commemorate the event. It had long sleeves and cascaded down to her thighs, where it stopped short to showcase Electra’s stunning legs.
On her eyes, she wore dramatic black eyeliner to make her peepers seem wider and more intriguing. Electra opted for a glossy neutral lipstick on her pout and allowed her eyes to do all of the talking. To finish off her appearance, she wore dark mascara that gave her lashes length and volume.
