Leopard Print Nails: Easier Than You Think!
The nail art trend is still going strong, but not everyone has the artistic talents of a professional manicurist. Luckily, not every design is as hard as it looks, and that’s especially true of leopard print.
According to The Beauty Department, leopard print nails are actually one of the easiest designs to create. Because each spot isn’t supposed to look the same, you don’t have to worry about having a steady hand or matching each nail to the rest. If you’re not sure you can handle the shapes on your own nails, you can at least try it out on your friend’s and hope that she returns the favor!
To get the look, all you need is a toothpick and two shades of Lippmann Collection – Nail Lacquers. One should be gold or taupe, while the other should be black. If you want, you can paint your nails another color before you begin, otherwise a base coat is all you need.
Simply flatten the tip of the toothpick by tapping it on a hard surface, then pour out a small puddle of each polish. (This is easier than dipping the pick into the bottle.) Create several small blobs of gold polish on your nails, then allow them to dry. Use the black to create messy-looking parentheses shapes around each dot, and leave a few gaps here and there.
Finish up with a top coat like Lippmann Collection – Addicted To Speed Ultra Quick-Dry Top Coat, and you’re done! Easy, right?
