According to Allure magazine, red shades on your eyes and lips create a pretty, flushed look in minutes. The makeup idea was featured in Anna Sui’s spring fashion show, and the red lips and eyes made the models look stunning.

To get the look for yourself, use a cream blush like Paula Dorf – Cheek Color Cream all over your lids. Use a pearly white eyeshadow in the center of your lids and on the inner corners to add a touch of brightness. Finish your eyes off with a touch of black eyeliner above your upper lash line and a couple of coats of mascara on your top lashes only.

For lips, use a vibrant red lipstick like Jane Iredale – PureMoist LipColour SPF 18 in C.J. A clear gloss on top will add plenty of dimension. If you want to boost your eyes to match a bit more, pat on a bit of the lipstick and gloss to amp up the color.
