Put Your Black Eye Makeup To Good Use
Chances are, you already own a couple of black eye makeup products, whether it’s eyeshadow or eyeliner. No matter what it is, break it out because this season, it’s all the rage. Here are some ways to rock the trend, courtesy of Allure magazine.
1. Use a black cream shadow, like Illuminare – All Day Eye Color in Espresso, from the center of your lash line to just past your outer corners. Smudge it up and then square off the edges a bit so it’s slightly winged out.
2. It’s never a good idea to line your entire eyes with black, unless you want to look like a panda. Keep black shadow and liner limited to a V-shape on your outer corners. It’ll make your eyes look bigger.
3. For just a touch of grayish color, use a black eyeliner pencil, like Jane Iredale – Eye Pencil in Basic Black. Line your top and bottom lashes, then dip a Q-tip in a bit of moisturizer. Rub it over the liner, which will remove some of it but leave you with a light, slightly shiny look that’s practically effortless.
