Want To Recreate The Bronze Smoky Eyes From The Gucci Show?
If you’re not into some of the wild looks being featured on the runways lately, you might be more excited about the makeup that the models wore for the recent Gucci show. While some of the look’s aspects were a little much (Glamour Magazine’s beauty blog reports that the makeup artist used not one, but TWO sets of false eyelashes), others were just right. Here’s how you can get the bronzed smoky eyes yourself.
First, you’ll need to start with glowing skin, which is easily achieved with a product like Exuviance – SkinRise Morning Bionic Tonic. After you’re moisturized, apply primer and foundation for a smooth, even canvas, then use blush and a hint of bronzer to contour your cheeks.
Now apply a peach eyeshadow all over your lids, stopping just above your creases. Pick up a shimmery bronze eyeshadow and layer that over the peach, across your lids and into the creases. A little highlighter on the inner corners of your eyes helps make them look bigger.
Finish with a healthy dose of mascara, using a lash comb in between coats for a feathery texture. Apply brown eyeliner to your inner rims and along your lower lash lines, then top off the look with a peachy lipstick!
