While Ashley Greene may be known to many as vampire Alice Cullen of the Twilight franchise, she’s recently made headlines for her show-stopping red carpet appearances around the world. And while she typically looks stunning when out and about, it seems that we shouldn’t expect to catch her in the same thing twice.

“My style and beauty sense is always evolving and changing because I am,” Greene told People magazine. “I don’t even know, from a day-to-day basis, what I’m going to wear and what I’m going to like – it really depends what I wake up and feel like.”

The star also noted that she doesn’t necessarily always rock the same lip gloss or eyeshadow.

“Sometimes I want to be really glamorous, kind of have this ethereal feel and sometimes I want to be really dramatic,” she added. “One moment I can rock an androgynous look and the next I can have long flowing hair and sultry eyes.”

While have a signature shade of lipstick can be practical, women should follow Greene’s lead and embrace the unexpected. If you feel like rocking purple mascara, do it!
