So, you’ve been up all night, and it probably wasn’t the best move for your stamina level for the next day. You feel pretty spent, but fortunately, there are things you can do to keep your visage from betraying your messed up circadian rhythms.

If you don’t have time to shower (which is a major cure-all in and of itself), do at least take the time to wash your face, swipe on some moisturizer and a few coats of mascara. Lack of sleep dehydrates your skin, so restoring some of that moisture will help reverse the tell-tale effects of sleeplessness. Plus, brightening up your gaze can always help you look less tired.

Using skincare products with caffeine and them can also be a major perk-me-up, according to Refinery 29. Look for refreshing eye creams that use this coffee-inspired ingredient to help reduce puffiness and perhaps add a bit of, shall we say, jolt to your overall appearance.

Above all else, drink plenty of water! You may not be able to completely win back the sleep you lost, but if you stay hydrated and healthy, your body will feel it less.
